All Fine Art paper prints come with an included 5mm white border, except for panoramas - these come with a 1” (2.5cm) white border (we think this complements the print size and helps when framing).

The canvases are ‘mirror wrapped’ - meaning the full size of the image is printed on the front of the canvas but the sides have a mirror image printed on them so that the image ‘extends’ around the edge.

Our printers use Giclée quality machines .

The multi-head professional printers, using pigmented inks, produce durable prints with wonderful detail and tone.

Signature watermarks will not appear on your prints - unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Sizes in addition to those shown above may be possible. If you need a size to fit a specific location please feel free to ask.

All sizes are given in inches together with the approx metric size, rounded for ease of reference.

Fine Art Prints include a 5mm white border. Panorama prints have a 1”/2.5cm white border included in the measurement.

Fine Art Photo prints are printed on 220gsm Decor Art Etching Matte paper. The acid-free paper has a smooth surface which allows the finest details of the image to be preserved and ensures superb print quality.

Canvas prints are printed on 100% cotton canvas, at 350gsm weight, using pigmented ink. The surface of the canvas is very finely textured (unlike some older, cheaper canvases). The canvas is stretched over a kiln dried timber frame of approx 3cm in depth and comes ready to hang.

We are not a big business, Heather and I are it. If we are away travelling in our motorhome and without internet for a few days, then there could be a slight delay processing your order. Once we have checked and processed your order, these are the usual timescales…..

Fine Art Prints will normally be dispatched from the printers within 5 business days.

Canvases will normally be dispatched from the printers within 10 business days.

Please be aware there are many variables that could impact delivery timescales - time of year (Christmas etc), weather, where you live, the phase of the moon - you get the idea. Our printers are usually very prompt but we cannot control timescales once the item is collected by the courier. If you need something for a special date, please don’t leave it until the last minute (like Mike normally does! lol).

Delivery costs are included in the price for New Zealand delivery only (Chatham Islands excluded). Fine Art prints and rolled canvases (i.e. not on frames) can be delivered internationally - please ask for a shipping quote.

All prints are made to order so we cannot offer refunds due to you having changed your mind. So please choose carefully.

Should the print arrive damaged or fail to meet your expectations of quality, please contact us as soon as possible (within 7 days at the most). Please include photos of the whole item as well as any close ups of damage or areas of concern, together with your order number, and we will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as is appropriate.
